Default Forced Induction for GSF

Is anyone aware of any turbo/supercharger options for our 2UR-GSE? Would love to hear people's input on milking this engine for more power...getting bored!

I know RR Racing has a supercharger for the ISF. I believe they are almost finished with the supercharger for the RCF as well.

But will it work on the GS F?

The RCF engine bay is nearly identical to that of the GSF. Pending official release of the supercharger, yes, it should fit the GSF.

Was only a matter of time before Lexus added a turbo to the GSF AND RCF. Can't over look the gains you get from a turbo in terms of hp, lower end torque and even better gas milage during certain driving conditions vs what you get with a N/A. That 550 hp sounds about right for those who were complaining about the GSF's lack of HP when comparing it to the M5, E63, RS7, CTSV.

That's $300 per HP...

And the answer is: nitrous oxide. $1,000 including install = +100 HP, that's $10. each.
That is exactly what I meant when I said "adding a turbo" . I'd never expect any manufacturer to just slap on a turbo onto an existing engine. I'd be more inclined to believe they're making a new engine for a new car, the model redesign/refresh (How often does Lexus redesign their cars?). But the article didn't say when

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And yea, LC 500 at 92k is quite an initial price. Not sure what the new GS F & RC F will cost.

You integrate a turbo system into the current engine setup?
