Default Drop in air filters?

So I have had my GSF now for about a week and am loving it. 2016, Liquid platinum with black interior.

Im really enjoying it, but decided to start searching around for a drop in air filter for the GSF for fun.

K&N doesnt have a filter, but the RCF has a listing and after I pulled my air filter out of my GSF it looks to be exactly the same measurement wise.

Ive ordered the filter and will have it in a few days. Ill report back.

Has anyone else bought a high flow air filter or any sort?

Yes sir. People pair the Apexi filter with the intake. Same as the RCF.

@Htowncory, yes the Aftermarket RCF drop in filters will fit the GSF too. I have the Toms drop in on the GSF now. What part of Houston are you? We have an exclusive F group in Houston. Search it in the RCF forums. Bunch of ISF, RCF and some GSF in Houston and neighboring Houston suburbs.

What is the advantage of Tom's vs. OEM? With the exception of bring able to re-use Tom's.

Better airflow.

For us ISF guys. A lot of used TOMS over OEM because of the reputation of TOMS Racing.

Im in central Houston near memorial park. I don't have much free time now though due to having two girls under 3 years old now though.

Update- Ive installed the K&N air filter and its working well. =)

I understand you bro, we are pretty much in the same situation. I also have 2 girls, one is 6 and the other just turn 2. I am only able to make it to some car meets like once or twice a year when my wife lets me go when we are off together.

Can you confirm the part number? Have you done the same for the cabin air filter?
