Good to know that everything swaps over from the RCF.....though what did Rafi or Simon @ RR say about the spring rate between the RCF and GSF considering the weight differences?
The weight difference between the two platforms is tiny. Less than 100 pounds. The suspension setups are identical. It's unlikely a stiffer spring will make a significant difference on the GS F over what works on the RC F.

No spring "settles." Springs sag over long periods of time. What people call settling is what happens when someone who does not understand suspension basics installs lowering springs without resetting the bushings to neutral (as the factory manual says you must) and the bushings finally break down causing the car to sit lower. This also causes premature bushing failure.
