Default Which one would you choose?

I might pull the trigger on a gsf in the spring and I have a choice of 2 demos:
2016 White with black interior + cfrp trim
2017 Smokey granite mica with red interior + cf trim

Both have under 5k mileage and similar pricing. I understand the 2017 has adaptive suspension. The white looks so much better when its clean, but the cfrp looks too much like granite countertops. My ideal choice would be white with red interior +cf trim, but beggars can't be choosers lol.

I've been using this dealership website as referencing but it's too hard to decide. Keep changing my mind lol.

So which one would you guys choose?

Go for the 2017.

I test drove multiple 2016 GSF and I think my 2017 GSF rides much better, but you do lose a bit of "road feeling" so it really depends on your taste. To me it was a huge upgrade.

That's good to know. I don't intend to change the suspension anytime soon. But I'm concerned the red seats will stain easier from jeans than the black seats...

I haven't driven a 2017, but am more than satisfied with the 2016 suspension. have you driven both?

Color and trim option preferences aside, there shouldn't be any reason for the 2017 to be similarly priced as the 2016 considering one is already 2MY old. i don't see either of the two you're talking about on their website... are they optioned differently?

No I havent driven them yet but i should. They are not from that website; i was just using those examples as color references.

Yea the price difference is around 5grand, which I'm sure the 2016 needs to come down since it will be 3 years sitting in the lot by next year.

only test drove 17 so I'm not sure about the difference between 16 and 17 but I would choose Smokey with red interior~ I really liked red interior on GS F when I test drove it. but... I'm saying grey cuz I had too many white cars and got sick of it =p.

i like the red interior, but no matter what interior color you get, you're stuck with the blue accent stitching, which drives me nuts... especially with red seats.

^^^^The blue stitching has been an "F" model hallmark for 11 years now. It's also used in other places like the thin line around the "F" in the logo. Personally, I luv it

Just for clarification, wasn’t the crfp trim a Canada option/standard trim only?

You are right, it does depend on your taste. For that reason, I'm glad I got the 2016 and not the 2017. The main reason I bought it is for it's handling and driver feel, exactly as Jeremy Clarkson described it.
