GS F Recall Repairs?

With those who have had the recall done and at lower speeds accelerating up...does anyone else hear a psssss psssss sound? Almost sounds like a weak Nos purge. Two GSFs so far are experiencing that sound and I can't figure out what the heck it is. Sound is coming from drivers side.

Don't think I have heard that on my new vehicle, but are your hearing this in the car with the windows up while accelerating from low speeds or is it with the window down? Is it limited to certain gear or rev range that you could share so we can listen for same? Sorry to hear about this and hope it is nothing major guys.

Watched the video, heard some noise but I hear that same noise in my GSF and I don't have the recall done.
Although, could it due to the ECU needing to be flashed? I think prior to the recall there was a TSB for noisy pumps and an ECU flash fixed it and people reported gained power.
Regardless, the sound does sound like what a high flow high performance pump sounds like. Could be the design because the old design had issues with the casing (Correct if I'm wrong) and they probably replaced the prone to cracking casing with different material so now you can hear the pump more than before.
Take it back if its a concern but I don't think its an issue.

Recall done last Friday. Drove the car this weekend. No new sounds at all. The pumps do look quite a bit different for sure. Very compact design now.

Phew. So I guess it is safe for me to do the recall then? Was it a one day thing or overnight fix?

Dropped off at 9:30 am, picked up at 1:30. Once the engine is cool, the whole job is less than 30 minutes of wrenching if you work slow. I bet it takes longer to do the documentation than to change the pumps out. I just wouldn't want to do this on a hot engine. That wouldn't be prudent or fun.

Just got my F back from Wesley Chapel Lexus . They took care of the high pressure pumps as well as the updating the ECU on the low pressure pump humming...came back great, no problem at all. My service advisor Matt was great, he has a 2016 USB 2.0 GSF as well. He is a Lexus Enthusiast as well and filled me in as to what was going on. He took care of a couple of other little things, treated like his ride, Like new...it makes a great difference to have a service advisor that appreciates his car as much as you do yours. He even made sure there were no marks on the fender from the protective covers they put on the fenders. Cool dude...if there is anyone of you guys in the north Tampa area that want a great Lexus enthusiast as their service advisor ...Matt is the dude for you. Request specifically for him...By the way if anyone is familiar with Doug Demuro on YouTube, he is coming to do a review of Matt's GSF. Soon as if I find out a date, I'll post.
