Also, the price on Renewable Lubricants PCMO SHP 5w-30 is now $139 for a five gallon pail. I ordered two last night because both F cars needed an oil change in the last two weeks and left just a little in the 5 gallon I have.
@lobuxracer It looks like you switched from RLI HD to RLI PCMO? Any reason?

HD starts oxidizing at 245F. PCMO is good to 275F. Probably not a big deal on the GS F, but the IS F doesn't have very good oil cooling. I've seen 275F at track weekends in hot weather with it.
@lobuxracer Thanks for the info! I spent hours the other day reading through oil analysis posts focusing mainly on yours, Daniel's, and Lou's input on the ISF, GSF, RCF forums. Fascinating stuff and thankful for all the hard work ya'll have put into pursuing excellence and the facts of the matter. I had already ordered RLI HD when I noticed you made the switch to PCMO because Daniel specifically corrected someone to use HD over PCMO in a post but don't plan on tracking it just yet so I should be fine. Will switch to PCMO next time plus it's cheaper as well.
I'm not sure if @danielTRLK is part of the forums anymore but do you know if he still does full oil analysis? If yes, can you get me in contact with him, and if no, where do you recommend for oil analysis?
Between my father-in-law and myself, we have a few vehicles we'd love to have tested and it seems as though Blackstone isn't the way to go if we want the full picture:

Look for an ISO certified lab. There are quite a few. I did a sample with Tribologik in Canada, and it was more money than Blackstone, but the results were more comprehensive.
Picked up my used '16 GSF in July from a fellow CL member. The holidays were a good time for me to get it over to a local dealer for an oil change.
Having read the posts in the other UOA thread, I understand the Blackstone Labs UOA isn't going to be all that helpful for fuel dilution and nothing on oxidation, both of which I may care to track down the road so I may find another lab someday.
This oil had been in the car for 15 months. It was changed at Lexus in 9/22 @ 23k miles, and it strikes me as more likely they'd put in 0w20 rather than 5w30, rather than the oil degrading in viscosity in that time, but either is possible. I can attest that my 4k+ miles with the car were pretty easy and mostly highway.
I did my change at a Lexus dealership too, but I'm not super inclined to go back for that. Though I am weighing how much and for how a Lexus-only service history, which this car has, matters. I'm confident I can use better quality materials for far less cost and less hassle. It was the first time in nearly decade I didn't change oil on one of my own vehicles myself. Felt weird.
Even after going through the threads on ISF and RCF regarding oil choice and whatnot, I must admit I'm no closer to making a decision on which oil or lab to go with next. I know I'm reluctant to spend well over $100 on just the oil, but I may come around. I certainly like the car so far.
