I actually just had my light come on.. Dealer parts department quoted me at $536.00 for front pads with sensors ($276.00 without sensors) and $620.00 rear pads with sensors..
I'm wondering weather i even need to replace sensors.. lol

MyLParts - forum sponsor - sells the full front brake kit with pads and sensors for $298 with the ClubLexus discount and free shipping. That's where I got mine.
The sensors are destroyed by brake wear, so unless you bypass the sensor, you'll have the warning lit all the time even when you have good pads. Bypassing the sensor isn't hard if you know what it does.

You should not need sensors COVETED. Only pads should be needed and to resurface the rotors (Or maybe rotor replacement if that time has come). This could be a great time to look at different pads as well so you can get away from all the OEM/Brembo brake pad dust. There are great options out there and I changed to Tom's last month when I changed my pads.

Turn rotors? Wear out after a single set of pads? Neither of these things are even slightly likely to be necessary unless there is a gouge in the rotor or the owner is constantly spraying salt water on the rotors. Turning rotors is the biggest waste of braking surface I can imagine, and is never necessary for a rotor you want to work well.

Use the Club Lexus discount code at checkout - CL5. It gets you 10% off, and with their (mostly) free shipping, they end up being cheaper than all the other online resources for Lexus parts I have found.
