Local Lexus dealer quoted $500 for the key with programming.
Is your car a Korea spec model? If it is, the key in your link is correct. If not, you need 89904-30L50. The keys are really finicky, and you have to have the right one for your year. There are at least 5 different keys for the IS F from '08 to '14 and they are absolutely not interchangeable.

Thank you for this info, I had no idea about the different specifications and models of the keys. Guess it was a good thing the original order I placed had gotten cancelled.
PM me your VIN and I can look it up in TIS and tell you all about your car's build.
The 89904-30L50 part number, from all my sources, is the only one for all the GS F models. Lexuspartsnow and Discount Parts Monster both show that part number for the credit card key as does the part number finder I use.
A lot useful information here. Is it possible to program a key fob with the key card? My LS 460 is a Korean model and came with just the key card. I have contacted a few locksmiths but none has successfully programmed a new key fob with the key card.
I was able to program the key card I previously programmed to my '13 GX that insurance decided to total with my '14 GX I got as a replacement. The key card was a used one that I bought off eBay, so you don't have to get a virgin/new key card if you want to save some money but you do have to use the Smart Code Reset procedure.
This post has a youtube video of how to do the reset procedure to program your original fobs + the key card.
I used weboctopus.nl to generate the pass-code. Once you use a token you purchased from there to generate a pass-code, that token is tied to your VIN so you can re-use the same token if you need to reset and reprogram keys to the same vehicle.
I recommend having a brand new battery from a reputable seller (not amazon, known to sell fake batteries) in the key card if you bought it used and your VIN & Token ready to copy & paste on your computer beforehand and make sure you are using a supported techstream version listed on that site. The first time I ran into issues when I was trying to program it to my '13 GX I was using a newer version that wasn't supported.
Side note: I dropped my wallet in the ocean while I was on vacation in December '19 with the key card in it. It was in there for at least a minute before I could retrieve it and maybe a minute or two later until I took the battery out of it. I kept the battery out until I got back from vacation 3 weeks later, put a new battery in it and it's still working till now.

Yes. I was able to program my key card along with the two original fobs my car came with. I had to use the Smart Code Reset procedure. See my previous post for info.
This part number 89904-30L50 key also works on 6th gen ES (which otherwise does not have a wallet key in the parts catalog) - I have just programmed one to my 2014 ES300h. Got it for $234 shipped from here:
I believe my local dealer tried this part number on my 2020 GSF and it didn't work. I brought it back like a year later to get my brakes done under a TSB and mentioned this part number again, they just said straight up it will not work with my car and didn't want to try it again. There's another dealer not too far from me, but I don't want to sit around for 2 hours again.
There is also 89904-30M50 wallet key that is claimed to fit 2016-2020 GSF. I have no idea how it is different from 89904-30L50, other than it is much cheaper ($145).
UPDATE: Nevermind, turns out 89904-30M50 is a regular fob key.
I see two possible credit card keys for the 2020 model in my parts resource. One is the 89904-30L50, the other is 89904-30M10. The 30M10 is "KOREA SPEC&KEY PLATE-2-ELECTRICAL KEY +1 CARD W/F SYMBOL". Doesn't sound like it would work for a USDM GS F. LexusPartsNow says the 30M10 will work for a 2016 to 2020 model.

Curious if you (or any other 2020 owners) have been successful getting the card key to work. Dealership told me because of when mine was made that the part # won’t work on my 2020.

Yep I have mine working. Got it connected via Techstream.
