That one is a bit more challenging from a parts and pieces perspective. The brake hold function depends on the skid control ECU and the brake actuator. The actuator in the GS F is unique to this model. Not even the other GS's have this unit from what I can divine. So, this would be a pretty challenging implementation to say the least. Swapping out the ABS actuator is not for the faint of heart, and connecting it up and assuming you won't lose existing features and functionality is very optimistic.
Also - it looks like this feature was incorporated in the 2018MY, so 2018 and 2019 models have it from the factory.

I have been doing a lot of retrofits on my car (e.g., Lane Keep Assist, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, etc.), and I have not come across anything that says the brake hold function requires anything other than a standard satellite button to activate the system. I am actually planning on doing this on my GS350, If you take apart the driver side instrument sub-assembly under the steering column, the wiring harness is pre-wired into an empty placeholder switch. Would make no sense why it's connected to an empty placeholder unless the system is already there and just needs to be activated. This holds true for the Heads-Up Display I retrofitted as well, just needed to buy the HUD and corresponding switches and it was plug-and-play. The LKA/DRCC obviously is a completely different beast and needs (3) additional ECUs to function properly. I bought the switch the other day for the brake hold retrofit and just waiting for my vacation to finish up some other projects (GS-F trim here I come! https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...f-cf-trim.html).
Let us know how it goes. I don't share your optimism for the GS F, and because you're modifying a GS350, you have different ECUs so it might work just fine for you and not for a GS F.

Will keep you updated. If it works on the GS350, someone should definitely try it on the GSF.
