Default Out of town purchase

Quick question! I am looking at a ‘16 GSF that is about 12 hours from me. Has anyone ever used an inspection service to go out and inspect a vehicle before making an out of town putchase? The dealer has had this car for sale about 4 months so I just want to make sure there is nothing crazy going on. Thanks!!

Do you happen to have the exact car, is the car brand new or used. In terms of inspection I have not but have had the dealership send me video's of the car.

Yes it’s in Baton Rouge, LA listed on Autotrader. It’s a 2016 model with 30k miles. They seemed to have taken some pretty good pictures but would just like to be certain nothing fishy is going on.

Correct! I was wondering if there was a possible issue but after looking further it appears these GSF's are slow to sell. Car Gurus show a lot of them being in inventory for a long time.

so looks like pretty good from maintence, but that’s maintenance records. I attached the photos.
I would say there are a couple out that have lower mileage, that are about same year.

I did the same thing; i.e. purchased out of state with a PPI performed by myusedcarbuddy.com.

They provided a comprehensive report inclusive of: reporting undisclosed frame and body damage and quality of repair, a test drive, multiple high resolution pictures of all body panels with attention to chips, dents, etc., tires, brakes, under hood fluid check, present or stored engine codes, etc. Very pleased with the detail and reporting of the inspection and they completed it within 24 hours of request.

I'm fairly particular and, after having the car shipped then washed and waxed< i found absolutely nothing that the report didn't highlight. Then again - it always comes down to the individual inspector.

Good luck!
Eric
