I came across an instagram post from a fellow GS F owner in Russia. And at the corner of my eye, I noticed something I haven't seen before in most GS F pictures I've seen.

The left rear tail light (trunk side) has an array of 3 LEDs at the bottom. I then did a quick Google search for Lexus GSF Russia and saw the following pictures of the back of a black GSF. Again, I saw the same array of LEDs.

Pardon my ignorance if this has been asked or discussed before but are these rear fog lights? And if so, which countries have this?

It's not like I need it (California hehe), but just curious as to whether or not this is in fact a Lexus option in other countries.

Nope, I don't have it in my tail light. I would love to as we have very heavy fog during winter.

 

love this look, on the previous look (before minor change 12-15) they had it included in the normal area of the reverse lights. Id personally love to do this to mine to let it stand out!

 

 

Seems like it's a European Spec thing. Makes sense cause fog in Europe is pretty common.

 

Would you please take a picture of the switch inside ?
