2nd Press of Key Fob - horn beep?
Had some work done so electrical settings may have gotten reset.
I am convinced that if I pressed the lock button twice on the fob, the horn would sound a short beep to confirm (not the chirp when you press once) It no longer does that
The dealer told me it does not do that and never did. Is he right or does it do it?

Mine beeps anytime I push the lock, or unlock button for that matter.
You need to go into your customized settings. I cannot recall exactly (I am not with my car) but it is where you can set things like having your blinker quick-blink one, three times or five times through your mouse on the display. Again, you are not hallucinating.

You are not huliciating or doing drugs (well, I really do not know that) but I am pretty sure whomever you spoke to at the dealership is or did.
Mine beeps anytime I push the lock, or unlock button for that matter.
