I have an RC F with the Red Leather and I wanted to do the same in a GS F. Does anyone know of a kit by aftermarket leather company or can you buy the skins from Lexus and retrofit the seats yourself?

I haven’t done it. However I have bought leather skins directly from Lexus and reupholstered the seats in A lx470. If the seats are identical in the gsf and rcf, which they may be... I do t know, then you can buy the factory leather skins and just replace them. It’s not a real hard job. If the dimensions are different then Take it to any reputable auto upholstery shop and have them do it. You can hand pick the leather you wish to use. It will cost a bit as there is a lot going on behind the scenes with different fabrics and holders wires etc.

The whole seat or just the covers? Expect about $1500 for just the covers.

I replaced the driver's seat covers on my IS F. It was not an easy task by any means. Oddly enough, the replacement cover is wearing far better than the original one from the factory.

Katzkin. They make aftermarket oem replacement leather for every car. I've reupholstered a previous car with Katzkin leather.
