Default Is US spec downgraded?

Guys, recently a friend of mine sent me a link to a gs-f for sale in Russia, just for fun.
I noticed some differences in the car:
It comes with heated steering wheel
It comes with rear AC/seats controls like a normal GS
So,I was wondering why are we not getting it? Is it the same reason why we never get cool and fun cars from Japan and Europe or does Illuminati have something to do with it?
P.S.btw it's 2016 with 33.5k on it and the price is $57.800

No need to go to Europe, we get both features up in Canada.

But if I get a car in Canada it will be considered an import to the states, and as far as I know it won't work bc its not 25y.o.

Sold my isf to a California buyer with no problems, just a Lexus letter of compliance and 2.5% duties + transport if necessary. 25 year rule only applies to specific cars not made for the N.A market.

No problem, GSF is pretty rare in Canada as the don't sell alot, but you might get lucky if patient. Few weeks ago I picked up a 2016 USB fully loaded for $57.5k CAD + our tax which you wouldn't have to pay, that's about $43k USD. Best part it has 2700kms, or about 1600 miles.

I have asked so many US Lexus Corp guys and no one can give me an answer. I think it is insane that all countries except the US get those features. What kills me the most is the GS350 in the US market has the option for "luxury" which comes with those said items. Thanks Lexus USA...you suck!! Lol.
Heated steering wheel, rear heated seats, sun shades, rear arm rest control thing, auto trunk open and close, forged carbon option...
