Default Widest Tires on stock rims??

Has anyone gone to wider rubber on the stock rims, for a fuller tire look? Size recommendations? Thanks!

Is anyone actually running 265s and 285s in the above sizes? Problems, concerns, etc., from either a fitment or handling perspective on stock rims?

It appears stock rims are spec'd for the respective sizes mentioned and aside from a front and rear +.6" diameter increase (which may fill-out the wheel wells a bit better), I like the nominal increase in section width for both sizes.

Thanks for your insights!

Anybody know if you can run 265/35/19 front (20mm spacer) and 285/35/19 (15mm spacer) rear with Swift lowering springs without any rubbing issues on stock wheels?

You can run a 295 cross section tire on a 10" wheel without issues. When I had my ISF I ran it with RCF wheels (same specs as GSF wheel) and 295/30/19 Bridgestone S-04s. No issues, good footprint with GREAT handling:

I run 265 fronts and 285 rears RE-71Rs with no issues, street or track. Currently not lowered on OEM shocks.
