Someone could easily design their own, mock up with cardboard, then cut it out of a flat sheet of carbon fiber or plastic. You could get fancy and cnc it out of metal or 3d print this.

I don't think the eBay seller actually has this item.

I told him I can get these for $185 from Johnny Perez, he replied with:
"Contact info??"
