Update:
I picked up a brand new leftover 2018 GS AWD with the Executive package. I love this car in the snow. I have not even put snow tires on it. Atomic Silver with black leather seats. I drove 100 miles in Sunday snowstorm bringing it back from the dealer.
The two GSFs are hibernating peacefully now.

Congrats!

I've driven my GS350 AWD in the snow many times and it's remarkable. Really grips well while other cars struggle. Enjoy!

Wait, did I read that correctly? You have two GSF?

Why?!?

Yes, I do have two GSFs. I bought a beautiful orange GSF only to find out that my daughter does not like to be seen in one at school. So I leased a white one and that did the trick. The latter has a couple of mods, so they are not completely alike. I will trade/sell the white one when its lease is up in a little over a year.

I'm curious about your lease. So you leased it with the intention of buying it under the lease deal? If you weren't planning on turning it in, why did you lease it?

I also wonder how Lexus would handle someone turning in a lease with mods. Anyone know?

Personally? I love owning a car that has the complete package. I think the GSF is a perfect daily driver.
Driving experience, performance and reliability is what most owners look for.

Having said that, like many other cars, once you start making changes to your car... you take away some of that practicality respectively.

I agree with this 100%. I actually like my unmodded GSF better than the other, and it's the one I am keeping for the long run.

I think there will be a healthy demand for used GSFs, so the market value will probably be higher than the buy out. Lexus dealers love good condition used Lexus, so I don't think it would be a problem with mods.

I hope you are right. Because I leased mine with the idea that if it holds value, I will consider buying it off the lease for the residual. Otherwise, I turn it in. Of course if Lexus puts out an LC F with a twin turbo V8, that would also impact my decision.

I like your LC F idea. Ideally, we should all have one coupe for really fun car.
