+1 for pennzoil platinum for daily driving.

Then run Quaker State Ultimate Durability 5w-30. It's almost as good as Amsoil in load capacity, slightly better than Renewable Lubricants, and you can find it at Walmart for stupid cheap compared to the competitors. I still run Renewable because it's able to manage fuel dilution better than anything I've run and I don't mind ordering a 5 gallon pail from Amazon because I have two F cars in the garage with huge oil pans - basically one pail does two F cars with just enough left to do half the Supra. QSUD 5w-30 is a really good performer and it's cheap!

OP Luboxracer info is backed by a lot of studying, test results and knowledge on the on the issue. Save yourself the hassle of ever having to worry about oil again and run the Quaker State he recommends or Amsoil Signature Series synthetic 5w30.

I can't seem to find Quaker State Ultimate Durability for sale online or in stores, but today I did find Quaker State Ultimate Protection. Is this the same thing but with an updated name?
I've been using Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W30, but looking for something I can find in stores.

BTW, I use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum in my LC ands Silverado. I buy from Amazon or Walmart.

Thanks, I'm guessing QSUD is discontinued. I was able to pick up 2 QSUP 5w30 Full Synthetic at Walmart today

For those running Renewable Lubricants PCMO SHP 5w-30 - They're having a huge sale on quart bottles right now. $3.99 a quart, $42.00 for a case of 12. I just bought 4 cases myself because it's stupid cheap even compared to the 5 gallon pails I normally order. They say they had a big order cancel, so they're overstocked. Get them while you can!

BTW - I have no business relationship with RLI other than being their customer.
