Default 275/295 on stock rims

I ended up going to a 295/30 rear and 275/35 front on my gsf, and I think it looks much more balanced on the stock rims. As with most manufacturers turners, the stock rubber seems to be too narrow for the rims. Could still use a spacer on the back though.

I'd love to see this with spacers.

how is the drive? do you get better handling? I am curious to what made you go for the wider wheels?

Drives perfect. I never liked how the sidewalls were stretched with the stock 255/275 combo....this makes them flush looking on the rim. With spacers I think it will be perfect.

is it still tail happy? When I am driving fast and turn sharp the rear always give out. I wondered if larger tires in the back would maybe remedy some of that.

Wow, that's a good amount of meat you got there.
If I did that to my car, it probably wouldn't even move as I ham lowered and running 20mm rear and 25mm front spacers.

With the larger sidewall, hows the ride? Any increase in the ride comfort?

Drives exactly the same I would say....just makes the tires look properly sized on the rims, instead of a stretched sidewall.
