IS and GS including the F in general use the same unibody stampings and the like, but there may be differences that don't show up in parts diagrams. I think for the most part you'd be safe pulling parts from the same generation of car.

GS 350 / GSF share the same parts. If this is the part you are asking about circled, then yes it's the same. Part# shown is GSF. You can cross reference it with GS350 if you like

its not the circled but the part which is connected to it and located under the engine

the part name is: Rail Assy
