I haven't seen 18's on a GSF but have seen 19's with meaty tires. I think it might be difficult to find the right 18" wheel that will clear the stock brembos and not look awkwardly small on full size sedan.

My buddy is running MKIV Supra spec Volk TE 37s on his RCF in 18X9.5 and 18X10.5 sized. He had to run extended rear studs and a 12mm spacer out back as the Supra offset wouldn't work with the RC-F. They actually look really good. The problem with the GS-F is that it's such a large car that the 18s just don't look right. It really needs 20s to fill that wheel well properly.

You can run a 265/35/19 front and a 285/35/19 rear no issue. If you go much wider you really should also go with a wider wheel. Running a tire that is too wide for the respective wheel may look cool, but it hurts performance.

I call this visual performance vs. mechanical performance.
