Front Page Article on GSF
Is it me or the articles are getting worse and worse.
Whoever wrote this about the GSF.
https://www.clublexus.com/articles/2...-gs-blue-moon/
"In 2016 the Lexus GS finally became a GS F Sport"............
"The biggest mistake for the GS F was nixing engine options leaving only the 5.0L V8 for F Sport and the 4.6L V6 remain for 2020."

I think this says it all:Longtime automotive journalist S.J. Bryan has been covering the automotive industry for over five years and is an editor with Ford Truck Enthusiasts and regular contributor to F-150 Online, Harley-Davidson Forums, and The Mustang Source, among other popular auto sites.
S.J. Bryan
Longtime automotive journalist S.J. Bryan has been covering the automotive industry for over five years and is an editor with Ford Truck Enthusiasts and regular contributor to F-150 Online, Harley-Davidson Forums, and The Mustang Source, among other popular auto sites.
Bryan first discovered her passion for all things automotive while riding in her parent's 1968 Ford Mustang. The automotive expert cut her teeth growing up riding on Harleys, and her first car was a Chevy Nova. Despite her lead foot, Bryan has yet to receive a speeding ticket.
The award-winning former playwright was first published at age 18. She has worked extensively as a writer and editor for a number of lifestyle and pop culture publications. The diehard gearhead is a big fan of American muscle cars, sixth-gen Ford trucks, and Oxford commas.

That's just the opener. She supposed to be a journalist. Research on the subject you are writing about is fundamental to journalism. It doesn't read like her research was even slightly validated by an editor. This really shouldn't be on our forum at all.

5 years experience is no issue as long as the author takes the time to research the subject and to get the details correct, even if they aren't a deep Lexus expert. And I think there is an expectation that the author (or editor) takes time to actually re-read the thing and not leave random sentences trailing off to nothingness.
I passed along word to the front page folks that the article needed a good bit of work and looks like they've thankfully pulled it down. Let's call this to a close until (if) it gets a re-write.
edit. Looks like a rewrite is now out there, better.
