***video of my gs-f with the weird sound 😭***
I also checked the vacuum lines from the intake and they don’t look to be damaged or loose idk what it is

Bad design. Simple.
I had it in my car and took it off immediately. The screaming ( horror movie noise ) sound along with the stained outer tips was enough proof of bad pipe design.
The product looks good but performs bad, ( hint: why it's the cheapest axle back in the market )
Contacted Greddy and was informed that this axle-back system needs to be mated with an x-pipe for it to work properly. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
Greddy doesn't even offer an x-pipe!!
I also looked underneath and noticed that the Greddy pipe diameter was smaller than my current Tanabe axle-back system.
I wish I could help you more but the truth of the matter is, it needs to be removed or add an x-pipe and wish what they claim is true.

That sounds belt or pulley related. Check your drive belts, pulleys, tensioner and idler.
