Retrofitting Brake Hold & Heated Steering Wheel

I see that 18+ Models had these options. Has anyone successfully retrofitted these two features on a 2016? I would imagine its pretty simple.

I would also like to know how to add the brake hold feature. The GS350 has it.

I’m assuming when you say 18+ models, you mean non-GSF?

Sadly, the car was lost before the troubleshooting was completed.

Didn't work out either. Neither of these are simple mods at all.
