The article is okay. Nothing really new or breakthrough info that we didn't know.
But I love the fanboy comments in the comment section. lol

The comments are really funny. Lots of justification going on there. The article is dead accurate IMHO. The only reason we have a GS F is because we bought it new for $66.1k and the back seat is easily big enough for two kid's car seats. The wife's previous Scion tC wasn't going to cut that one at all.

I traded in 2011 e90 M3 for my GS F, and definitely appreciating the extra space for kids.

Although the real reason was I wanted to daily drive a V8 everyday for next 10+ years, put tons of miles on it without losing much value- like the first gen NSX. There is simply no other car I can do this with.

I didn't get a good deal in early 2020, by. that time the used inv was either not clean and very hard to come by and I bought a new one. Having owned ISF for years I knew what I was getting into, I couldn't care less if this was 1 sec slower than a its v or M6 etc . you want a solid fast v8 car with no drama this is it with space for 5.

I bought mine new in late 2020 for $75k. This was a time where there were quite a bit of new 2020s on lots and lexus had a $5k rebate on them. Dealer also did a discount on top of rebate for me. At the time I didnt think $75k was a great deal but fast forward to today, I made out good..

I even traded in my 2017 with 28k miles on it for $45k and thought I came out well, I bought that "new" for $70k, although it was a demo with 5k miles on it at the time.

I definitely have the means of getting an m5 or a CTS-V (Although will admit, only reason why I chose GSF was because there were no new CTS-V as they stopped making them, i simply do not buy used ever...) and did not want an m5 because here in the DC, everyone and their brother has an m5 or m car...

I've been sleeping better since I moved on to GS F from M3. No anxiety in the morning when I start the engine.
