That makes no sense. I was watching a 2016 w/88k miles, wrecked in the rear, sell for 31k on Copart. The buyer was from UAE. Utter insanity.

Two possibilities:
1. It's not for the Middle East market, perhaps parts to be in transit via Jebel Ali free zone for export ( no tax )
2. Money laundering ( Russians )
