The 2019 has the 4G tech so you’ll continue to be able to use the remote start. And 2017+ got the adaptive suspension. I would choose the 2019 if all things are equal. Anything left on the factory warranty?

Hard choice. I'd pick the 2016 over the 2019 for these reasons:
1. Matte grey is a sick color but too hard to maintain. Car washes, paint buffs and rock chip touch up, etc.. Hard to color match when any panel needs a respray.
2. 2019 - Over 60k miles, you drive a little and it's approaching 100k miles.
3. 2016 has CPO warranty, better than nothing.
4. AVS is a personal thing, but I'd prefer the fixed shock on 2016, more predictable and less things to break.

I wouldn’t choose either one.
2019 - I’ve seen that posting for a long time. Started mid 60’s and changed dealership couple of times. If you also zoom in closely, there is a sizeable dent next to Lexus logo on the trunk and rims has scratches on them. Based on photos, don’t appear to be well taken care car.
2016 - although it’s CPO, shows accident on the record. Would avoid even if it’s minor without understanding exactly what happened with it.
if your budget is $60k, I’d search around for low mileage 2016 model accident free.
