I also ordered black b pillars from Lexus. The gray pillars never sat right w me. I incl the part #'s. And of course changed the mirror caps to match. Did the vinyl myself.
I recently got a quote for $600 to do all 4 doors. Felt it was high so going to hold off on it. Thinking of trying plastidip to see if that will work. Anyone done that instead of vinyl?

$600 is outlandish!!...should be 150 - 200 at a private shop.

how did you install the pillars? I bought some, just haven’t gotten around to it.

Roll windows down and remover chrome trim. Just held on by clips. Easily removed, youtube clip found online. The B pillar trim is just held on by clips and adhesive. The upper ( yellow clip ) will break. No worry, the new pillar comes with new clips. I removed all the old adhesive, cleaned with isopropyl and reinstalled new pillars.
Thank you for the replies, now I just need to decide gloss or matte finish.
Definitely go with gloss, its more sleek and blends in with the windows.
Matte is cheaper looking, like the unpainted black trims on newer cars nowadays.
