Hey guys I just had this error code "Headlight system malfunction" show up on my cluster. I tried resetting the system and no luck. The headlights work fine all the lights work.

When you turn the car on with the front lights against a wall do they do the auto leveling up and down?

Yup, same here.
Twice I got this message after asking the dealer to adjust my headlights up ( my car is lowered )

It goes away after parking the car for a while. I think it comes on randomly. However, I figure the best way to know is if the headlights auto level when starting the car up.

Dealer tells me it's an expensive fix unless I'm willing to live with it.
