I just did 2 new additions to my GSF, an Elvin steering wheel, which is a must to have in my opinion. The quality and feel are same as OEM.
In addition, and most importantly, I was done with the drone in my car, and I had to do something about it. Therefore, I just got me installed the Artisan Spirits Zs Sports Quad Exhaust System with carbon tips, which is an axle back paired to my PTS mid-pipe, and I could not be happier. The sound is beyond beautiful and so exotic, and it has the right volume and pitch, sane when driving civilized and loud and growly when driving aggressively. if I knew this is what I was missing, I would have done it a lot earlier. There is no drone whatsoever, and the quality and look and feel is amazing. I'm surprised that no one in GSF and RCF ever mentioned this exhaust. Here are some pictures of both mods.

Now I'm intrigued to get one....where did you order yours? I checked Mod in Japan and they're not listed on their website. How's the quality and fitment?

Yes, the sound is very close. The other thing, which I forgot to mention, when carrying them, they felt much lighter than the PTS ones, but I did not weigh them to know for real.

Actually, I'm currently in Riyadh, and I got them from a local lexus performance part distributor that is a friend of mine and his insta is @lexus_performance and has a website to sell performance part from different companies, but he is local to the GCC. The tape on the box, when shipped, was though from Kanoo Performance in Bahrain, which he also have relationships with. He has a modified IS350 that he added turbos to it, and he just broke the quarter mile at Bahrain Race Circuit for its class.

It seems that they only make them for the RCFs, but they fit the GSFs too.
