2015 GS 350 F Sport lease
#196
Seems OK, I guess. I just expected a non-F-Sport to be a lot lower priced. F-Sports are essentially the same, with about a $57k MSRP. But, as long as you are happy with it I guess. It is essentially $49,000 cap cost. I guess some people like 27 months. I will do 36, because as someone explained it to me, why not reap the full benefit of the registration you are paying? Someone will get 6 months free..
Sure, the free drop off and install is nice. Those are things the dealer can do inexpensively to enhance the deal, so it makes sense.
Are you negative on the ES? Any penalties for mileage overage?

Got the details:
MSRP $54,895
Sell price $50,800
Less $1800 lease cash
10k, 27 month, 70% resid, .0009 MF
Basically selling for invoice less the $1800 lease cash. This seems like a very good deal for NY area.
They're also installing remote start at no charge, delivering the car to my office (2 hrs away) and taking back my lease-end ES.

You talked to the wrong guy. Some sales guys don't know about this. All finance guys know about this. That's why many sales guys give you a blank look when you ask about leasing terms (i.e. MF, residuals etc...)

I'll just put it here... Call Vincent at Stevens Creek. He made it real easy. And the finance guy Nor was not pushy. In and out in about 2 hours, but a lot was filling out forms and them re-inputting. Very transparent and seamless. Cant say enough about Stevens Creek Lexus.
Hope they dont mind me sharing this....

I just got my 2015 GS350 F-Sport white w/cab in Carlsbad CA. I was used a lot of these deals on here to work my deal.
I would like your input, but I feel like I got a great deal. I was still under my ES350 lease of $491 with tax and had about 9 months left on it. Please keep in mind I had 2 black chrome rims that were badly cracked ( wife) and needed to be replaced and couldn't be repaired, 2 door dings and one semi large rear fender dent. They completely ignored that stuff, because I had this deal done before they saw the car.
Zero Down
First month paid
12k miles @ 36 month
$620 a month including tax.
I had them include my tint and protection plan for door dings, chipped rims, etc..
I think it's a fairly good deal, because I'm driving a GS instead of a ES for a little more than a $100 a month. Appreciate your thoughts and glad I'm back with Club Lexus.

With respect to the $1800 incentive, is it normally applied separately on the lease as cap cost reduction, which is then taxed? So for a 7% tax rate, $126 is added to the fees due.
Or is it possible to ask dealer to work the incentive into the gross cap cost (selling price) so it doesn't get taxed?

This is not a huge figure for such a pricey car, you sure you really want the new GS?!!
