Remove GS Front bumper
How long and how difficult to remove the front bumper from my 98 GS400? I have used search and found a link to BananaGS's site with a DIY but the link does not work. I want to take it off to have it repainted.

ITs not that bad...
there are a few obvious screws and clips in the fender and on top of the bumper by the grill.
you will have some UNDER the bumper
and the headache...
there are 2 10mm inside the bumper by the headlights. you will have to move your inner wheel well lining to get to them
thats all I remember off the top of my head. Forgive me if I forget any.

Not hard at all. It took me two hrs, because I didn't want to take off the finder liners to get to the two screws under the headlights. Came off really easy after, you might run into a problem on the driver side. The windsheld washer bottle is somewhat in the way of the top screw.
The finder liner clips will brake, I would get some new ones before you take off the liner clips.
