Cool Offical 2GS Carbon Fiber Registry

Hey everyone, please list post all carbon fiber parts available for the GS, and if you can provide pics, that would help.

This thread is for those trying to go lightweight with the mods

Would the cost/benefit ratio be effective? especially on a gs. If you really want light, try the lotus elise

Carbon fiber parts?

Lots of AbFlug pieces.
AIT Racing has a CF Greddy lip and Lsportline style roof spoiler.
Toyota JDM CF pillars (license garnish and grille are fake CF)
HKS Hood (vented)
Quest Hood (stock)
VIS Hood (stock)
TOMS Hood (kinda stock)

Im sure there is more. I have some AbFlug pieces on mine. Here are some pics of a few I like...

I think the CF is more for looks and not really a weight loss. These arent cars that you can shed weight easily. If you wanna make your ride light, gut the interior lol.

Yes, CF is good to lose weight. Just not on a GS... hah.

Maybe some CF fenders, hood and trunk would be nice but probably minimal in weight savings with paint on our big cars.
