CEL and VSC and VSCoff lights on after cleaning Throttle Body
Removed and cleaned Throttle Body on GS400 with spray cleaner and compressed air. Now the CEL comes on code 1656 and VSC and VSC-off warning lights are on. Reset by disconnecting battery, but same problem happens on start up. Is it possible to install the seal between the Throttle Body and the intake manifold backward? Did I rinse some crud into the VSC part of the TB? Talk to me...

P1656 means the OCV circuit (Oil Control Valve) is malfuntioning, or not receiving any signal. Take a look at the picture below.
Brown box: OCV itself
Red box: OCV connector
Green box:OCV connector to TB
Unplug both OCV connectors (red and brown box) and reconnect until you hear a click. It's possible that one of those two are loose.
