just wanted to know if anoyone has smoke their tails on a white GS300 2nd

im in the process on doing it, but just wanted to know ya'lls input on iT
i currently own a white gs 98,

8000K HID for top
8000k HIDs for fogs
swapped all regular bulbs for white LED's
and i know you guys don't like big wheels on this GSs
but i put 22s black with Polished lip

i think it looks good to me, and i think adding' the black tailights to it would make it look a lil bit better let me know what you guyz think

Nothing wrong with that. You need some suspension though man.

I bet that GS3 is doggy off the line with those 22's though.

i think dentpusher has 98-00 tails tinted. looks pretty sweet. any reputable tint shop can do your tails for you professionally. you can also check on ebay for tinted/smoked LED tails. GL!!!

lol, obviously you don't really care about the mainstream opinions on here (no wheels over 22", 8K HID's are a waste, etc) so why bother getting opinion on the tails? Go with whatever floats your boats. Based on what you've done already, I'd say go ahead and smoke them to match the wheels and get some kind of consistency going on with your color scheme. Your wheels don't look oversized, with a bigger drop, it will probably look even better

I'd tell you to look for some black pearl emblems as well.

Can't really tell from the pics but what color is the interior?

we smoke lights here at the shop..so that will be my next mod....i eventually will get my LED TAILS.....but for now i think ill do that...
about the drop..i really don't want to drop it with this wheels....i just good enough for me, and as far as the drive i reallly didn't change much...just when you do 80mph or more...= which i don't do much..just cruise for me

8000k does it good for me just a bit like just bit of light blue on them...that's it..

My personal opinion is that I wouldn't do it. I don't think it matches well at all with the pearl/crystal paint. I don't know if it is just around here, but blacked out tailights are starting to get played out. But since you already have the black wheels, you should be able to pull it off, although again, not my taste. Anyway, good luck!

Hell you are already doing you, might as well continue that trend....

I do think it would work, since u have the black wheels. Maybe go for dark headlights too. That would be a good theme.

my next mod probably will be the LED tails witht the lower smoked part...

also ill post a link to a DIY on the Door Locks.... the cheaper way..non OEm ACTUATORS OR MOTORS.... check it out...it works..and its Cheap...

you need at least a kit for it.
You can't drop the car too much since you have 22', so you can get a kit to make the car looks lower.

I was thinking of doing the same to mine, but a much lighter tint......not too smoked! thought it would match my black crome L on the trunk pretty good.

I did it to mine since we stock the film. Mine are not too dark so I am pretty happy with it and can peel it off if I ever change my mind. It fits with the wheels and tint.

i got a white gs as well with black rims 19s...and my tail lights are smoked. alot of people say it looks better smoked then the factory tail lights. i still need to get tint as well...
