HELP!!!! Weird/Annoying A/C Noise

Question HELP!!!! Weird/Annoying A/C Noise
When I start the car - there is this weird noise coming from the A/C for like 20 seconds (sounds like a Cow Mooing) and then every now and then it makes the noise even if the A/C is on or off.......

Does anyone know how to fix this or what is causing it???

do a search....i posted up this issue long ago. I was told you will need to remove the entire dash (big $$$) to fix.
