Check the freeze frame data. Itwill tell you the conditions the cel was thrown under, cruise, mph, rpm, ect.

You need an OBDII scanner. I have a mid level one, I think it was around $60. It tells live data for most sensors and the freeze frame data when the cel occurred. I'm no sure if the freebie obd service at autozone/checker will tell you this.

Check your timing belt, serpentine belt, spark plugs, and your engine oil.
Your belt seems to slow down a bit after a couple of seconds. It goes like VVVVVVV rrrrr VVVVVVVVVVVVVVV rrrrrrrrrr VVVVVVVVV.
Very weird. Your main belt on those pullies looks a bit loose too.
Check in the maint. forums for quicker and more accurate response.
Listen from 0:06 - 0:10, you can hear something misfire.
Could you please post a video of you starting the car please? It might help me to figure out the exact problem.
