**HELP**How to "burp" coolant GS400
I have been trying to find it anywhere how to burp coolant cant find it at all is it possible I thought all vehicles had this.
Or if you can help I have a 98 with 132,500. Per lexus I have changed the radiator due to them saying half of it may have been clogged. It use to boil out throught the overflow tank. Replaced that with oem spec koyo rad. Coolant level drops in rad after a couple weeks more than any car I have evr had.... after trips out of town i get back and there is ALOT less to the point i open up the rad and I cant see coolant... I assume boiled out the overflow like it use to... ANY IDEAS... I assume air is getting in their I asked lexus if it was headgasket they said no... sooo I'm not sure... Help Please

usually if it boils out of the overflow tank then you might have a blown head gasket.what happen is the compressed air escapes through the headgasket and to the cooling system causing it to bubble or boil.check your dipstick to see if the oil looks like coffee, if it does then coolant is mixing with your oil(blown head gasket).

jack up the front of the car... make sure your car isnt hot, start it up let it run and keep adding coolant until you see no more bubbles come out... the burp hole is usually the highest point of the coolant system since you cant find it make your radiator the highest point by jacking up the frnt of the car...
