Default tiny water/oil leak in the kick panel casuing short circuit.

Hi everyone,

please see the this link for my original problems.

in short, now I have a very tiny water (a bit oily water) leak and the blue connetor in the kick panel just in front (or righ side) of the fuse panel was wet.

it is very tiny amout of water. there is no water on the floor or anything. My wind shield is still the original one so the water should not leak from the wind sheild.

just one month ago, I also had a broken brake line so I let Big O tire to bleed the brake after I replace the brake line (no pumper around that day). the idiot there put the brake fluid in High mark when the car was on. so when the car was off, the brake fluid was too full and dripping out a little. I had to take out some brake fluid to make it back to the level. is it possible for the brake fluid travel all the way through the fire wall and causing this short circuit? the water was a bit oily but I can't tell if it is brake fluid or anything. and this was more than one month ago until I found the leak one week ago. can this be related?

any suggestion for me to find the source of the leak?

thanks.

hum... I thought about heater core, but the water is on the door side kick panel, and if it is heater core, I think the water should be close to the center?

also I haven't use my air condition for long time (winter), only turn it on to set fresh air temp then off right away.

There is an evap line on the passenger side. That could be leaking. Remove the rug and you will see it. There is a post on this. Try searching for more details. GL!
