Okay, so I had an idea and went for it...
First, I bought supplies at Home Depot (overall about 4" down to 3" I.D.)
Trim inner high beam housing on the raised ring around the factory opening (I didn't go wider than 3.5" O.D. so I wouldn't have to cut any metal on the car)
Test fit # 1
Trim inlet tube to desired length
Trim headlight lens
Trim inner chrome bezel
Test fit # 2
Start sealing it all together.
Time to seal up the low beam side
Made a template out of cardboard
Made the side plate out of left over chrome headlight parts I had laying around & sealed it up good
I forgot to take a picture but here is where I installed the ram air highbeam and sealed it in place from the rear of the light
And here it is installed
I also kept the full lens. In case of heavy or long rain I can swap it on to cover the opening
It's about 95% done but I think I'm going to make another open lens with the eyelid on to help it match a little more. Also, I did use a spare light to test where & how much to cut & trim. So, some pics are from different lights but you get the idea. I will also try to post a shot from the rear while installed to show fitment.

I got the swap from here http://www.japandirectjapanese.com/home.php
It took me 2 weeks to do the swap (2 weekends and about 1.5 hrs each week night) & yes it WAS a 400. I will be posting details of the pin swapping madness soon. But for now....

Thanks & yes
I acually used the stock feed line as a return & ran a new feed to the rail.
Thank you
It is at the lower inner corner of the rubber ring. It's hard to see in the pic but it's there. I'm gonna take a few more pics today from inside the engine bay.

Don't judge me it's called PC-Fahrenheit. It works real well with high temperatures.
Here are pics of the rear mounted in the car. I placed a screen over the rear opening and slipped a silicone connector over the end to hold the screen in place. It also let's me connect a pipe directly to the light if/when I want.
