so i got my throttle body + IACV cleaned by a cert toyota mechanic , my car is idles @ 800-100rpms now compared to the 400rpms it wa doing before i got it cleaned , i drove around that day i got it fixed and my car was warm throughout the day , the car sat all night then when i started my car in the morning it starts to shake really hard like its not gett'n enough of something . and if i don't give it gas it will die. ( this seems to happen when the car has sat more than 3hours) ,, once the car is warmed up to about 1/4 of the temp meter , my car will start fine with no shaking .. please help with any ideas or info , its sunday and no auto repair places are open,, but i plan on taking it in first thing tomorrow

Take it back to your tech so he can finish...
Most likely he forgot to plug a vacuum line back in.
It also helps to know what exactly your taking about, model, year, miles and history.

Ok. Thanks to both of u for the input.. I hope they have time to look at it tomorrow. .. ill post again after I find out what the mechanic says. if its a vacume leak , is that a problem that if fairly cheap to fix , If some new parts are needed like a new hose or other parts dealing with vacume leaks ??

so went to the toyota service dept. today,, they recomend that i do a spark plug , fuel system type inspection/diagnosis but they wanted me to leave my car over night ,, and i can't leave it with them until wendsday,, so i'll have another update then. ,, i should add, that this person in my class as school told me to turn on my car electronics for about 5 seconds,, then turn it off,, then start the car ,, i did that and my car started fine , and normally it would require that i give it some gas,, is this a sign of low pressure coming from my fuel pump ? ,, i'm gonna let my car sit from 2.30pm untl 7am when i start it,, i'm gonna use the same teknique in the morning and see what happens.

UPDATE: so i was able to take my car into the toyota service center, they told me that my fuel pump has 2 modes 40psi for cold starts and 20psi for standard/warm starts , the mechanic told me that my cold start (40psi) mode was not working and only the 20psi mode was working and also after the car was shut off , the pressure was not holding at all. they recomended a new fuel pump. i can get the offical Lexus fuel pump for 350$ or the napa for 260$ , this only includes the fuel pump and gasket,, i told them i wanted a new filter , sock , and O-rings (so they will be call'n me back to let me know if they can get those items and price accordingly) , ,, labor is $150, do you think that i should go ahead and get the fuel pump replaced based on this information?
