Air Suspension Question

I know there’s a billion threads already created, but I’m having trouble pinpointing the issue on my GX. I was hoping someone could help me out.
For context, my 04 GX is riding super bumpy, specifically the rear end. It feels like the rear isn’t even connected to the frame. I went ahead and replaced the rear air bags, the compressor is still working, and the bags do inflate. However, the car does not raise or lower when using the height control switch.
Any advice on my next steps:
1) should I replace the rear shocks? - this is going to be my next step, but I’m not sure how both shocks would’ve failed at the same time
2) replace the high control sensors?
3) I’m considering ditching the air suspension and going with coils in the rear

The shocks have nothing to do with the ride height.
Dumb question - the "off" button isn't pressed?
I would look at the height sensors. You should be able to back-probe connector pins 1 & 2 (not 100% sure) with the key on and move the sensor arm through it's range to see a varying voltage there. Should go from about 1.3v to 3.8v smoothly.
