Lexus Customer Service
Can anyone help me out:
We have had every problem in the book with our GX, and were recently told that there is no fix for the rear clunk, it is something that the car does. Our clunk has gotten so bad that my wife refuses to drive the GX anymore and I am doing my commuting in it. I was wondering how to contact the Lexus customer service headquarters to express my concerns with my GX, and to inquire as to what my options are. Anyone who has contacted them, or been through the buy back process your input would be greatly appreciated.
