What's Good About the Lexus Link®?
Does any one know:
what is good about the Lexus Link®?
What benefit do you get from it?
How much does it cost a year?
I'm thinking to add one in my GX if it's good! Thanks!!

As far as the LexusLink goes, i don't think Lexus offers the service anymore at least for the GX470 anyway. Plus if I remember correct, most people are annoyed by the screen and voice promted everytime you start the car.

Funny, its in the manual, but NO lexus link for 04. It runs on analog cell technology like onstar. Problem there is the cell companies are turning off the analog systems in favor of all digital.

Randy20g is right. Lexus has dropped Link because it's an analog system. According to the marketing manager that spoke at a New Owners Seminar tonight, Lexus is working on a digital system.

I don't have Lexus Link activated on my 03 and I just asked the service guy if he could disable it completely so I don't have to hear that "Lexus Link is not active" voice every time I crank up and he said they couldn't disable it but he would turn the volume as low as it would go...said it was a different volumn that the Nav voice...
