parking lights
Since replacing the H11 (low beams) with the 6K HID kit, the parking lights (next to the front turn signal lights) appear dull and yellowish. Has anyone replaced these wedge bulbs (# 168) with performance bulbs? The parking lights in some of the pictures I've seen posted appear bright white unlike the stock ones. Also, is it easy to access these bulbs to replace?

Code numbers!!
Our Parking lights are #168, and the running boards are #192. They are all same type of bulbd for our GX, you just need three packs of the Piaa Super (White) LEDs to light up up your car!!
Choices are Blue, Blue/White, and White, it's all up to you!!
Check here... http://www.piaa.com/LEDs/LEDs.html
I got it for $18 each pack!!

LED works better!!
LED works better because it produces brighter light than regular wedge bulbs. It requries only 0.24W electircity; however, other need 5W. Plus last longer!! Just compare that.... you're better off with the LED.

Can you see this circle?
Is that what you did there?? If so, I think you just need to park your GX in a horizontal level, against a wall. Go under the bumper and try to balance it out. That might the only way to do...
By the way, when you change you foglight, you don't need a screw.

So the super PIAA LED wedge bulbs would be better than the PIAA superplasma 12V 5W wedge (price seems comparable)? Again, are the parking lights easy to change?

Answering one by one!!
Kash, no screw is needed in changing foglight, just remove the circle plastic and you will see a bulb inside, then press the golden clip, the bulb is out!! Try it~!
Adil, sorry, it was a mistake. Correction: the running board light bulb is #194. But the LEDs will fit #168,#194 types anyway. I got it for about $18 each. It's kind of expensive than wedge bulbs, but it works better. you can search in google, there is a great deal of bargain stuffs!!
strat1, I attached these pictures - Polarg Wedge bulbs. Personally, I don't think it's as white as the LEDs. Although the wedge bulbs are about 3 times cheaper, but they look yellowish/purplish white.

Good for you!!
Got a great deal, Adil!! Also, It's gonna look real good on you GX.
About the reverse light, unfortunatly, Piaa doesn't make any LED for that, only wedge bulbs.
And that type of bulb is #7440. Or here... Great deal of information... http://www.sylvania.com/bin/carApp/c...X470&x=33&y=10
