Default Four Wheeler Magazine's Rock Limo!

Check out the July 04 issue of four wheeler magazine. They have an article about a build up of their 04 GX470 to tackle the Rubicon trail. It should be the same truck that won the four wheeler of the year award, I guess Lexus gave them permission to tear it up. It should be an interesting to see the follow up article. Check it out guys!

They purchased a brand new GX470 and have begun the process of building it into a comfortable trail-beater.

They started by ripping off the bumpers, body cladding and engine cover, trimming the fenders, and adding a mild body lift, as well as custom wheels with beadlocks and off-road rubber.

Much more to come.

i cant wait to see

I find this action weird, I just spent a buch of money for a good looks suv, well it isn the best looks, but this is what I really liked, spend a bunch more to make it a ugly ducky , to prove what, that you got the bucks and you do whatever with it, for that I would have gone to one of those off road shops and build me a real off road or rock crawler vehicle and they are expensive also, well rednecks got some strange ideas.

the gx definitely doesn't look good without the bumpers and fenders!!! the tires seem to be nice, except are there any good lookin rims that can fit those kind of tires?
