Are you talking about the fender flare or the whole panel itself?

If you look at the picture:

you'll see that the rear panel extends over the top all the way to the leading edge of the driver's door. I believe the panel would have to be cut out at the back and a new one welded in. I'm not quite sure, but it's not a simple remove and put back on.

Take it in to a good body shop. If it's not to bad, they can fill and paint what you have and it'll look like new. I had the rear quarter replaced after my last accident. It's major repairs to cut the old one out and fill a new one in. Can't find the bill right now, but it was a couple grand for just the rear corner panel repair.

how did u get the dent? yeah, just have the body shop repair it without any insurance claims. i almost had my gx in the body shop for 2 deep scratches in the cladding. sounds like im so meticulous but good thing fresno lexus had a scratch remover man that really, well 98% covered up the two big scratches, not bad! the only good thing fresno lexus has offered to me!!

Have you stopped by one of those paintless dent repair shops to see if they can do it? I had a couple of dents in the same spot on another vehicle of mine and they popped them out for about $100. They just stick this tool inside the panel and knock out the dent. It was pretty quick and painless.

Like with any body work, ask around to find a good shop in your area.

Earlier this year someone backed into my door seam on the back door, which put a silver dollar sized dent right up against the seam. I took it to my PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) specialist who fixed my hail damage. He assessed it and didn't know if he would be able to get it completely out because it was right up against the door seam. He did it though, amazingly, and it cost $150. Perfect job

Go the paintless dent removal option ALWAYS if possible. When our poor GX was hit in the front they had to replace the front bumper, and the paint is never 100% matching.

the dent is there becase we were cleaning our garage and had a box of picture frames with a table on it.. we left it standing when we went to the store and came back and it was on my car its small and i think i'm gonna leave it... since 100 is too much.. and getting a new panel is out of the question.. i thought if i could just spend the money for a panel and just screw it in.. but i guess not :-\

thanks for the replys tho
