Has anyone installed window visors/guards, or have seen them on a GX? If so, please provide your opinion on the appearance and if possible whether they are functional or impractical. Thank you very much.

I am trying to get a set myself but with no luck, I have had them on all former owned vehicles, they work great specialy if you smoke and when raining, I will be the ginney pig if I find a set, but I am wondering my GX is pearl white with lots of chrome and installing a smoked visor got me thinking, well hope this helps.

I recently found on the internet a company that sells visors for the GX. The company's name is WeatherTech Automotive Accessories and the name of the visor they sell is called WeatherFlectors. The URL is:
http://www.weathertech.com/store/veh...pt_choice_id=0
The above link will take you to the WeatherFlector for the 2003 GX470. If it doesn't, go to www.weathertech.com, select the WeatherFlector icon then select the pull-down box in the upper-left hand side of the screen to select your vehicle make, year, & model.
I'm seriously contemplating purchasing these visors, but not for another month or so. If you're more serious and plan to get them within a months time, please provide some picts and let me know what you think.

i have recently ordered the visors from japan (toyota prado part)... the reason is that the visors available in japan are wider visors and cover biiger area of the window and they look much better then the ones sold here... which are car like....
will post pics once i get them installed.... its difficult to explain

Anyone actually purchased and received either of the above visors? If so, how does it look on your GX? If possible, can you please post your picts? Thanks.

I have the weathertech weatherflectors and i love them. They are the best out there because they are tension fit instead of stuck on with 3m tape. I have an lx470 and i had a body shop paint mine the same black onyx as my car and the look awsome.
