Right now it's more like 5%. In the western area, 37 units came equipped fully loaded with KDSS. That's out of a 740 total for October/November. It hasn't been confirmed yet what the 2005 package production will bring. And if Lexus is going to do what they usually have done with other "SportDesign" packages on the IS and GS's, they were both available in manual, automatic, no nav, and with nav, respectively. Those other "SportDesign" packages were rare, but did exist.

Was it the GS300, the GS430 or both that had a manual transmission option? I had not heard of that being an offering in the past.

The IS300 had both manual and automatic AND navi and no navi. The GS300 had navi and no navi.

Look, all I'm saying is we don't know for sure yet what the production is for 2005 GX470's. If you have a more accurate source of information than my production list, then by all means, please be my guest to post it.

I wanted to post to this thread to bring it right back up to the front to say thank you for LONGO LEXUS for giving us the inside scoop and also to remind the rest of you that are on the fence for a 2004 vs. 2005 to refer to this new 2005 info and then determine if it's worth it or not to wait for a 2005.

Thanks again LONGO Lexus!
