You're welcome. As I said before, I like cars in general. None are perfect and almost all have strenghts and weaknesses so I try to be realistic.
As others noted, thankfully Volvo is owned by Ford and joins Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, etc. as Ford's Premiere Auto Group stablemate. By way of contrast, what GM has done to poor Saab is blasphemy.

You do seem to be the resident XC expert. I never considered a Volvo XC, but after reading about them they look like great vehicles. Personally I would consider a XC (V8) if I was looking at a RX.
